30-Day Return & Refund Window
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

In original condition with tags attached

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Returned with proof of purchase
Items not meeting these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund once issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
