King of Budz Apparel sells clothing and branded merchandise. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold without written consent.

We accept major credit/debit cards and may, at our discretion, offer additional payment options.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are charged at the price listed at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors. King of Budz Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges – 30 Day Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale merchandise

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, and product designs are the property of KOB Management LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

King of Budz Apparel and KOB Management LLC are not liable for:

  • Delays or issues outside of our control
